A flag-inspired spread of glazed meats, creamy brie, and fresh berries built for summer gatherings.
1. Brush the prosciutto and salami lightly with balsamic glaze and let rest for 5 minutes so the glaze sets slightly.
2. Place the brie wedges and cheddar slices in the upper-left quadrant of a wooden board to anchor the white section of the flag pattern.
3. Arrange rows of strawberries in horizontal lines across the right side of the board, alternating with crackers to mimic red stripes.
4. Fill the upper-left corner around the cheeses with a cluster of blueberries to represent the blue field of the flag.
5. Tuck the glazed prosciutto and folded salami between the fruit and cracker rows, then drizzle honey over the brie and scatter thyme leaves across the board.
6. Add small ramekins of whole-grain mustard in the corners and serve immediately at room temperature for best flavor.
