Golden-baked tofu cubes coated in savory breadcrumbs, served with a simple and creamy peanut dipping sauce.
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). In a medium bowl, toss the pressed tofu cubes with 1 tablespoon NON-GMO AVOCADO OIL EXPELLER PRESSED until evenly coated.
Place Garlic & Herb Bread Crumbs in a shallow dish. Roll each tofu cube in the bread crumbs, pressing gently to ensure a good coating.
Arrange the breaded tofu in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
While tofu bakes, prepare the dipping sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together Creamy Peanut Butter, soy sauce, and the remaining 1 tablespoon of NON-GMO AVOCADO OIL EXPELLER PRESSED.
Gradually whisk in warm water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the sauce is smooth and of a pourable consistency.
Serve the crispy tofu bites hot with the simple peanut dipping sauce on the side.
