Spooky hummus dip dressed with cookie crumb soil, cream cheese tombstones, and pretzel crosses.
1. Stir garlic, lemon juice, cumin, and smoked paprika into the hummus until fully combined, then spread it in an even layer across a shallow terracotta or ceramic dish.
2. Drizzle tahini and olive oil over the hummus surface, then use a spoon to create gentle swirls.
3. Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies in a zip-lock bag until you have fine, dark crumbs, then scatter them thickly over the top third of the hummus to create a 'soil' layer.
4. Spoon softened cream cheese into small upright rectangular mounds along the cookie crumb section to form 'tombstones,' smoothing each one lightly with the back of a spoon.
5. Press two pretzel sticks together in a cross shape and push each cross gently into a cream cheese tombstone; repeat for each one.
6. Finish with a pinch of flaky salt over the hummus, and serve immediately with extra pita chips or vegetables for dipping.
