Spooky graveyard scene built on creamy guacamole — festive, shareable, and genuinely delicious.
1. Scoop avocado flesh into a bowl and mash with a fork to your preferred texture — leave some chunks for body.
2. Fold in the lime juice, garlic, onion, jalapeño, chopped cilantro, cumin, and salt; taste and adjust seasoning.
3. Spread the guacamole evenly across a dark ceramic platter, smoothing the surface with the back of a spoon.
4. Press whole tortilla chips upright into the guacamole at angles to resemble tombstones, spacing them across the platter.
5. Slice each olive lengthwise almost through, then fan slightly and place between tombstones to create ghost shapes; arrange cherry tomato halves cut-side down around the edges.
6. Dust smoked paprika lightly over the guacamole surface as 'dirt,' then tuck small cilantro sprigs around the edges as grave-side greenery and serve immediately.
