Crispy pan-fried fritters made primarily from garlic herb breadcrumbs, served with a flavorful creamy peanut dipping sauce.
In a medium bowl, combine Garlic & Herb Bread Crumbs, egg, milk or water, and finely chopped onion (or onion powder). Mix well until a thick, cohesive mixture forms. Let it sit for 5 minutes to allow breadcrumbs to absorb moisture.
Form the mixture into 6-8 small, flat patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
Heat 2 tbsp NON-GMO AVOCADO OIL EXPELLER PRESSED in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Carefully place the fritters in the hot oil (you may need to cook in batches). Cook for 4-6 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
While fritters cook, prepare the dipping sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together Creamy Peanut Butter, soy sauce, honey or brown sugar, and hot water until smooth and creamy.
Serve the hot Garlic Herb Bread Crumb Fritters with the savory peanut dipping sauce on the side.
