Pan-fried pork chops coated in garlic herb breadcrumbs, finished with a sweet and savory peanut butter glaze.
Pat pork chops dry. In a shallow dish, whisk the egg. Place Garlic & Herb Bread Crumbs in another shallow dish. Dip each pork chop in egg, then dredge thoroughly in bread crumbs, pressing to adhere.
Heat 2 tablespoons of NON-GMO AVOCADO OIL EXPELLER PRESSED in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add breaded pork chops and cook for 4-6 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature 145°F/63°C). Remove chops and set aside.
While chops cook, prepare the glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together Creamy Peanut Butter, soy sauce, maple syrup (or honey), and the remaining 1 tablespoon of NON-GMO AVOCADO OIL EXPELLER PRESSED.
Gradually whisk in warm water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the glaze reaches a smooth, pourable consistency.
Return the cooked pork chops to the skillet over low heat (or simply pour over them on a plate). Drizzle the warm peanut butter glaze generously over the chops before serving.
