A classic crowd dip with a spooky sour cream spiderweb piped over bold red salsa.
1. Mash avocados with lime juice, garlic powder, and salt until mostly smooth with some texture; set guacamole aside.
2. Stir cumin into the refried beans, then spread the beans in an even layer across the bottom of a wide, shallow ceramic dish.
3. Layer the guacamole over the beans, followed by the black beans, then three-quarters of the sour cream mixed with taco seasoning, then the shredded cheese.
4. Spoon the salsa evenly over the cheese layer as the top base.
5. Transfer the remaining sour cream to a piping bag or zip-lock bag with a small corner snipped off; pipe concentric circles over the salsa, then drag a toothpick from center outward at even intervals to create a spiderweb pattern.
6. Scatter green onions, jalapeños, and olives around the edges of the dish to show the layers, then refrigerate for 20 minutes before serving with tortilla chips.
