Tender chicken cutlets coated in a seasoned breadcrumb crust, baked until golden and crispy.
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet with 1 tablespoon of NON-GMO AVOCADO OIL EXPELLER PRESSED.
Pound chicken breasts to an even 1/2-inch thickness or slice them horizontally to create thinner cutlets. Season both sides lightly with Iodized Salt.
In a shallow dish, whisk the egg. In another shallow dish, place the Garlic & Herb Bread Crumbs.
Dip each chicken cutlet into the whisked egg, letting any excess drip off, then dredge thoroughly in the breadcrumbs, pressing to ensure a complete coating.
Place the breaded chicken cutlets on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle the remaining 1 tablespoon of NON-GMO AVOCADO OIL EXPELLER PRESSED over the chicken.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature 165°F/74°C).
