Quick Creamy Peanut Butter Noodles

A speedy and satisfying dish of noodles coated in a rich, savory, and slightly sweet peanut butter sauce, made quickly with minimal effort.

⏱ 25 minServes 310 min prep15 min cook

Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti or linguine
  • 1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon NON-GMO AVOCADO OIL EXPELLER PRESSED
  • 1/4 cup hot water (or more for desired consistency)

Steps

  1. 1

Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain, reserving about 1/2 cup of pasta water.

  2. 2

While pasta cooks, prepare the sauce: In a medium bowl, whisk together Creamy Peanut Butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, maple syrup or honey, minced garlic, and NON-GMO AVOCADO OIL EXPELLER PRESSED.

  3. 3

Gradually whisk in the hot water, a tablespoon at a time, until the sauce is smooth and reaches your desired consistency. If it's too thick, add more water.

  4. 4

Add the drained pasta to the bowl with the peanut sauce. Toss well to coat all the noodles.

  5. 5

If needed, add a splash of the reserved pasta water to loosen the sauce further. Serve immediately.
