Ingredients

  • 4 (6 oz) white fish fillets (e.g., cod or tilapia)
  • 1/2 cup Garlic & Herb Bread Crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons NON-GMO AVOCADO OIL EXPELLER PRESSED
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons milk (optional, for dipping)
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Steps

  1. 1

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.

  2. 2

Pat fish fillets dry with paper towels. Season lightly with salt and pepper.

  3. 3

In a shallow dish, place the Garlic & Herb Bread Crumbs. If using milk, pour it into another shallow dish.

  4. 4

Dip each fish fillet lightly in milk (if using), then press firmly into the bread crumbs to coat both sides.

  5. 5

Place coated fish on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle evenly with NON-GMO AVOCADO OIL EXPELLER PRESSED.

  6. 6

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork, and the crust is golden brown. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the baked fish before serving.
