A striking flag-patterned spread of glazed meats, creamy brie, and fresh berries built for a crowd.
1. Warm the honey and stir in the whole-grain mustard, then brush the mixture lightly over the salami and prosciutto folds to create a light glaze.
2. Place the brie wedges and cheddar slices in a diagonal stripe down the center of a large wooden board, mimicking the white stripe of a flag.
3. Arrange the glazed meats folded or fanned out in a second stripe beside the cheeses, leaving space on the left corner for the blueberry 'star field'.
4. Fill the top-left corner of the board densely with blueberries, then line the remaining stripes with rows of hulled strawberries pointing outward for a bold red stripe.
5. Tuck crackers, candied walnuts, and rosemary sprigs into any gaps to fill the board and add texture.
6. Drizzle any remaining honey glaze over the meats just before serving and bring to the table at room temperature.
