Creamy chocolate pudding layered under crushed Oreo dirt with candy pumpkins poking through.
1. Whisk the pudding mix with cold milk for 2 minutes until thickened, then refrigerate for 5 minutes.
2. In a separate bowl, beat the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the chilled pudding until smooth and lightened.
3. Pulse the Oreos in a food processor or crush them in a zip-lock bag with a rolling pin until they resemble fine dirt crumbs.
4. Spoon a layer of pudding into each glass cup, add a layer of Oreo crumbs, then repeat with a second layer of pudding topped with a generous final layer of crumbs.
5. Press two or three candy pumpkins into the top of each cup so they poke out like they're growing from the dirt, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
