A laid-back assembly of silky salmon, tangy cream cheese, and briny capers on fresh bagels.
1. Slice the bagels in half and arrange them cut-side up across a large wooden board, leaving space around them for the accompaniments.
2. Spoon the cream cheese into a small bowl or spread it directly onto a section of the board, and dust the top lightly with everything bagel seasoning and a crack of black pepper.
3. Drape the smoked salmon in loose, overlapping folds across the board next to the bagels.
4. Tuck small piles of capers, red onion rings, and radish slices into the gaps between the salmon and bagels.
5. Nestle the lemon wedges around the edges of the board for squeezing.
6. Just before serving, scatter fresh dill fronds over the entire board and finish with a pinch of flaky sea salt.
