A spooky layered dip with olive ghosts and chip tombstones — no cooking required.
1. Stir cumin and chili powder into the refried beans until evenly combined, then spread the seasoned beans in an even layer across the bottom of a wide, shallow serving dish.
2. Mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, and taco seasoning together until smooth, then spread this layer evenly over the bean layer.
3. Spread the guacamole over the sour cream layer, then spoon the pico de gallo evenly on top, followed by the shredded cheese and sliced olives.
4. Use the white decorating icing to draw ghost faces on the whole black olives, then nestle them into the dip at various angles so they peek out like rising spirits.
5. Press several whole tortilla chips upright into the dip in a row to resemble tombstones; use icing to write 'RIP' or skull faces on each chip.
6. Scatter the jalapeño slices across the surface, finish with a generous pinch of fresh cilantro, and serve immediately with the remaining chips.
