A no-cook spread of silky salmon, tangy cream cheese, and briny capers — assembled in minutes.
1. Lightly toast the bagel halves until just golden, then arrange them in a cluster on one side of a large wooden board.
2. Spoon the cream cheese into a small bowl or spread it in a thick swoosh directly onto the board, and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning and black pepper.
3. Drape the smoked salmon loosely in folds across the center of the board, leaving space for the accompaniments.
4. Tuck the cucumber slices, red onion rings, lemon wedges, and a small dish of capers around the salmon to fill the board.
5. Just before serving, scatter fresh dill fronds over the entire spread so they drift and settle naturally over the salmon.
